Spike, the AI venue intake system

A client describes their show in plain language. Spike asks the follow-up questions a production manager would ask, checks the answers against the venue's own technical documentation, and produces one structured advance.

Where it is today

Spike has been in production use since July 2026. Venue technical documentation is loaded for four venues, and pilot production offices use it on real shows behind a login. It is not yet a paid product. The public prototype below shows the intake interaction.

The working system

Two views from the running product. Both are a fictional arena with fictional shows, so nothing here belongs to a real client.

A Spike advance record for a fictional arena show. Rigging is open, and the questions pane flags one conflict with venue information: the show asked for three forklifts and the venue owns two.
An advance record, department by department. The show asked for three forklifts, the venue owns two, and Spike caught it before load-in rather than on it. Fictional venue and show.
The Spike season overview for a fictional arena, showing thirteen shows, open items by department, overdue deadlines, and a readiness figure.
The season view: every show, what is still open in each department, and what is already overdue.

Access

The production system is gated because it holds real venue and client information. If you run a venue or production office and want to walk through your own show, ask us for access.
